Father's Day Idea

I always have a tricky time with Father's Day gift ideas. It's always a busy, hectic time of year.   Since I made candy for Mother's Day, I thought I would keep the theme going.  You could do LOTS of clever things with "My Pop Rocks."  I took each child's picture holding the bubble letter  "My" sign. Then, after they were cut out, they each colored in "My" with the color Pop Rocks they chose.  I used double sided tape to stick the Pop Rocks onto the paper underneath their picture.

I decided to use these as covers for their books about dad.  Here are some of the sweet pages so far from some of the books.

I just wanted to share my quick little idea for this year in case you are desperate trying to think of something like I was.  Thanks for stopping by!

  1. There are really great gift ideas for women. I am supposed to find something for my mother for mother's day but I might have to get something for myself too. Thanks so much for sharing.
